• For Komersh.de, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Websites.
• For Komersh.co.uk, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Websites.

15. Changes to These Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Websites. Your continued use of the Websites after the posting of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
